As Jaide's Tote Rental Co. grows, part of the vision is to help support youth seeking opportunities to participate in qualifying mission trips and service projects.

Jaide is a 15-year-old entrepreneur from the Pasco County area. The idea behind Jaide's Tote Rental Co. began with something bigger than moving totes—it started with his desire to serve.

Security Deposit & Equipment Care
- A refundable security deposit is required with every rental.
- Deposits vary by package from $75 to $250.
- Normal wear from proper use is expected and is not considered damage.
- Missing or materially damaged equipment may be charged at the listed replacement rates.
- Customers should report any pre-existing issue promptly after delivery.
Extensions & Pickup
- Standard rental term is 14 days.
- Extensions must be requested before the scheduled pickup and are subject to availability.
- Weekly extension rates: $39 / $49 / $59 / $69 / $79 depending on package size.
- A failed pickup or unavailable-access charge is $49.
- If equipment remains out after an unsuccessful pickup, the applicable extension rate continues until returned.

How long do I keep the totes?
Standard rentals are 14 days unless otherwise specified with your package.
Are the totes cleaned?
Yes. Totes are inspected and cleaned between rentals.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included for qualifying packages within our standard service area.
Can I add packing supplies?
Yes. You can add dollies, packing paper, bubble wrap, protection pouches, labels and other available supplies to your order.
Can I extend my rental?
Extensions may be available depending on inventory. Contact us before your scheduled pickup date.
Do you provide movers?
No. Jaide's Tote Rental Co. provides reusable moving totes and related rental equipment and supplies. We are not a moving company.
How do partner discounts work?
Apartment communities and Realtors receive unique tracked promo codes. Eligible customers enter the code when booking to receive the stated discount.
